Congratulations on your purchase of a Tally T8006e colour laser printer and upgrading to the 5 year onsite warranty.
By registering and agreeing to adhere to the Terms and Conditions your standard one year onsite warranty will be extended to 5 years or the *service life of your printer.
* The service life of the printer is 300,000 images
This warranty includes:
Tally will provide free labour and materials to repair the equipment during the 5 year extended warranty or the service life of the printer.
Travel expenses are included in the extended warranty charge providing the location of the equipment is within the UK mainland.
The target response time to service a call is 3 business days.
During the warranty period one **maintenance kit will be provided free of charge, to be fitted by the end user.
**The periodic maintenance may require the use of basic tools such as a screwdriver. For those users in the lifetime warranty programme who do not want to get technically involved with the printer Tally offers:
Premium Warranty for £450.00, this includes a 1 business day response time and free maintenance (labour and material) for the duration of the warranty or Maintenance-service-visit for £150.00.
