If you are a UK customer of TallyGenicom you can contact technical support either by emailing support@tally.co.uk or by calling the TallyGenicom Support Hotline on Tel: 0870-873-1555 (09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:45am to 17:00pm Friday) or by FAX on 0870-873-1411. International customers can contact technical support by calling +44 1256 481481.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, TallyGenicom do not provide information on repairing TallyGenicom printers unless you or your company has received training by TallyGenicom on the product in question. As an alternative, TallyGenicom can offer a competitive Field and Repair Centre repair service both for the end user and the Third Party Maintenance provider.

If you are outside the UK then you can contact the TallyGenicom subsidiary in your country. If you do not have a TallyGenicom subsidiary in your country then you may be able to get support from one of the many TallyGenicom distributors world wide.
