TallyGenicom is the only major computer printer manufacturer that has its own service engineers in the UK market - this guarantees you a higher level of after sales satisfaction. In addition, we work closely with many other service providers - supplying spares and training to their engineers.

TallyGenicom do not provide information on repairing TallyGenicom
printers unless you or your company has received training by
TallyGenicom on the product in question. As an alternative
TallyGenicom can offer a competitive Field and Repair Centre repair service both for the end user and the Third Party Maintenance provider.
