Maximise your Working Capital
TallyGenicom, working in partnership with Siemens IT Finance has developed a programme which enables you to trade up to new printer technology without using your working capital. Utilising
TallyGenicom Finance you can make regular quarterly payments with or without maintenance cover. These lease payments can also be offset against tax reducing the net costs to your business. As an example if you upgrade a base of 10 printers to
Tally T2280 printers a typical quarterly payment is £95.25 per printer, if you include maintenance cover the quarterly payments would be in the region of £195.00 per printer, this may well be less than you are currently paying in maintenance alone.
Receive TOP Trade-up Values for your existing printer
If you choose to upgrade your current printers by purchasing outright
TallyGenicom will offer you Trade-Up values for your Tally or Mannesmann Tally printer as well as other brands of Line or Dot Matrix printers. The Trade-up value depends on the new TallyGenicom Dot Matrix, Line Matrix or Production

Existing Maintenance Agreements
If your current Tally printer is covered on Tally maintenance and the printer you purchase is from the same family of printers we will switch your maintenance contract free of charge in addition to the standard warranty that you will receive. Alternatively, if you Trade-Up from another brand of printer you will be eligible for a 15% discount on
TallyGenicom’s 3-year maintenance offering plus you will of course receive your free warranty.
You may also want to consider talking to us about our “Upgrade Maintenance Plan”. This agreement enables you to plan upgrading your printers in the future. If you sign for a 3 year Upgrade Maintenance Plan,
TallyGenicom will upgrade your old printer when it fails or within one year from the start of the plan, whichever is sooner. This can be a very cost-effective method of acquiring the latest printer technology whilst maximising your current asset.
Free Collection and Disposal
TallyGenicom will arrange for your old printer to be collected and disposed of free of charge to you.

Desktop laser and inkjet printers are designed for low - to - medium workload office printing. However if your printing applications are “mission-critical” batch or volume print runs you will pay a huge premium to use printers designed for typical office workloads. For the following applications you will pay considerably less cost per copy if you use a mission-critical printer - invoice runs, statements, labels, barcodes, job-sheets, reports, listings, industrial graphics, delivery notes, etc.
True “mission-critical” printers - line, matrix and production
ink printers - run at a fraction of the cost of other technologies, and crucially have been designed for rigorous workload and throughput capabilities. Typical costs per page are as follows:

The Trade-Up Value is payable, subject to TallyGenicom’s agreement and on a one for one basis. A TallyGenicom Trade-Up claim form and proof of purchase in the form of a hard copy of your invoice is required. Claim forms are available from TallyGenicom by telephoning 0870 873 1520 or by
clicking here.
To qualify for free collection and disposal of your old printer. The printers must be on a ground floor location that is reasonably accessible. Restrictions to this service will apply. No specialist equipment or additional personnel should be required to effect collection. Please clearly mark goods to be returned “ TallyGenicom Trade-Up Programme."
A cheque for the Trade-Up Value will be returned from TallyGenicom within 30 days. The cheque will be made payable to the person or organisation shown on the invoice.
