Flexible performance The T9408 is ideal for personal users or small work groups, with its print speed of up to 8 pages per minute and a monthly workload of up to 5,000 pages per month. Professional print quality The T9408 delivers high quality printed output with crisp text and smooth graphic curves. For Windows users, the latest PCL6 emulation improves return and data transmission times by reducing file sizes. Inclusion of PCL5e and Epson emulations also ensure compatibility with non-Windows operating systems. The internal 33Mhz RISC processor and standard 4Mb memory ensure fast delivery of even the most complex files. Direct or network connection The standard parallel interface means the T9408 is ready for direct PC connection and for users requiring dual interface capability, an optional serial interface is available. Alternatively, the T9408 can be upgraded to a shared network resource using the optional Ethernet Interface. Diverse media handling The manual feed and rear output tray on the T9408 mean cardstock, envelopes, transparencies and labels can be accepted. The printer has a built in 250 sheet universal tray that accepts a multitude of paper sizes up to A4. A 2nd 250-sheet tray can be fitted giving the T9408 500 sheets of autonomous printing or dual paper sources for improved productivity. Improving productivity by design The T9408 printer comes with a variety of features to improve user productivity. A user-friendly, PC-based graphical display provides the user with real time information on printer and paper status. The single-piece consumable is easy and clean to replace. With its compact design, the T9408 is ideal for point of sale and front desk applications where creating a good impression is essential.
