With this new program, TallyGenicom is offering free on-site servicing for customers' purchasing TallyGenicom's OEM standard consumables for their HP mono and colour laser printers. Customers can benefit from at least a ten percent saving on their consumables and gain peace of mind that their printer will be maintained at no extra cost.

Customers can select from two different programs depending on their printer usage. The 'Standard' program caters for medium-volume printing needs and customers benefit from free technical support with all labour and call-out charges included and a six-month guarantee on supplies. The 'Premium' program is tailored for those with high-volume printer usage, where customers also receive free spares. Both programmes are offered for the period of the warranty, which is one year, but the customer will be provided with an opportunity to extend the warranty.
