TALLYGENICOM LAUNCHES NEW PARTFINDER SERVICE
Partners and end-users benefit from 100% order accuracy across printer spares
TallyGenicom, the world's leading manufacturer of business critical printers, has launched 'partfinder' which organises and handles its UK & International spare parts requirements. Partfinder is an online spare part identification and ordering service that provides distributors, service companies, resellers and end-users with detailed printer schematics, allowing them to accurately identify correct part numbers and check stock availability.
The new service provides users with 24/7 access to spares information, removing language barriers and time restraints often associated with the manual ordering process. Customers can search by product, technology, printer model, part number or by keyword. In each case, the detailed printer schematic is displayed that ensures that the user is able to quickly identify part numbers with ease.
"The new Partfinder service reduces human error, and increases order accuracy," explained Nick Allen, Customer Services Manager, TallyGenicom. "Customers simply select the part numbers they need without having to describe what they want on the telephone. It saves time for both parties and reassures users that they will receive exactly what they have ordered."
TallyGenicom is providing the Partfinder service completely free, offered as part of its printer support policy. Once an online order has been made, TallyGenicom will confirm the order either by fax, phone or email. Goods will be received within a week of ordering.
