Robin
Edwardes, Managing Director |

|
Robin is Managing Director of TallyGenicom Ltd, the leading manufacturer of mission-critical and colour laser computer printers. He has 22 years experience in the IT industry and first joined Mannesmann Tally in 1987. He became a director of the UK subsidiary of Tally in 1996, following the buy-out from the Mannesmann group, and Managing Director in 1999.
TallyGenicom Ltd is responsible for sales, service and support to Middle East, India, Africa and northern Europe as well as the UK market. The facility at Basingstoke is the hub for TallyGenicom's 20 strong UK service and support team, as well as containing state-of-the-art training and marketing support resources.
Previous to 1987, Robin worked at UK distributor CPU Peripherals and the Japanese IT trading company C.Itoh. Robin has a BA honours degree in History from the University of Warwick, where he was also President of the Students Union.

John
Spreadborough, General Manager International Sales |

John Spreadborough joined TallyGenicom - formerly known as
Tally - in 1990 where he first has assumed various sales management and business development roles within the company’s UK division. In September 1999, John was appointed to the position of General Manager, International Sales. Based out of TallyGenicom’s UK office in Basingstoke, the International division covers 60 countries across Africa, Australasia, India, Middle East, Benelux and Nordic European regions, and the Eastern Mediterranean.
John is responsible for developing distributor, OEM and VAR relationships across countries within these areas. John has also been a director of vertical specialist Industrial Systems, and prior to joining
Tally, held various field sales roles at Anadex and Dataproducts. John is also an electronics engineer (specialised in Research & Development) and completed his Electronics apprenticeship and training with Farnborough college and The Royal Aircraft Establishment at the start of his career.

Mustafa
Tanay, Product Marketing & Support Manager |

Mustafa Tanay joined TallyGenicom - formerly known as
Tally - in 1988 where he assumed various product management roles. These include positions as Product Manager (1988 - 1990), Product Marketing Manager (1990 - 1992), and Marketing Manager (1992 - 1996). In 1996, following the buy-out of Mannesmann Tally from the German conglomerate Mannesmann AG, he joined the corporate marketing team in Germany as the Business Development Manager. Since rejoining the UK operation he has taken charge of the Product Marketing and Support teams.
Previous to 1988, Mustafa worked at UK printer manufacturer Newbury Data and at Racal Communications. Mustafa has a BSc. honours degree in Electronics and MSc. degree in Digital Communications from UMIST.

Nick
Allen, Customer Services Manager |

Nick Allen joined TallyGenciom - formally known as
Tally in 1984 where he assumed various Service and Support roles. These include positions as Service Engineer (1984 - 1986), Repair Centre Manager (1986 - 1990), Service Manager (1990 - 1999). In September 1999, Nick was appointed to the position of Customer Services Manager. Based out
of TallyGenicom's UK office in Basingstoke, the Service division covers 60 countries including the UK and Ireland, Africa, Australia, India, Middle East, Benelux and Nordic European regions and the Eastern Mediterranean. Nick is responsible for developing and managing ASP relationships and infrastructures in these countries as well as spares sales, a Repair Centre in Basingstoke and a national Field Service team covering the whole of the
UK.
Nick has also been a Service Engineer and prior to joining
Tally, held various positions with Rediffusion Consumer Electronics where he completed his apprenticeship, training and qualifications at Oxford College which include a City and Guilds in Electronics as well as Applications of Microprocessors.
