Tally is the only major computer printer manufacturer that has its own service engineers in the UK market - this guarantees you a higher level of after sales satisfaction. In addition, we work closely with many other service providers - supplying spares and training to their engineers.
If you are a UK customer of Tally Ltd. you can contact technical support either by e-mail or by calling 0870-873-1555 (09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday) or by FAX on 0870-873-1411. Tally Ltd. do not provide information on repairing Tally printers unless you or your company has received training by Tally on the product in question. As an alternative Tally Ltd. can offer a competitive Field and Repair Centre repair service both for the end user and the Third Party Maintenance provider.
